About the Role
Were looking for a Reception / Administration Officer to join our Sunshine Coast clinic.
As the first point of contact youll play a key role in creating a positive experience for every client while supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy allied health clinic.
Youll work closely with our clinicians and admin team to keep things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Client Experience
- Welcome clients and visitors in a warm professional manner
- Manage incoming calls emails and enquiries
- Book and coordinate appointments across clinicians
- Maintain a calm organised and welcoming clinic environment
Administration
- Manage clinician diaries and scheduling
- Process payments invoices and billing enquiries (NDIS Medicare private)
- Support referral intake and direct enquiries appropriately
- Assist with client communications and documentation
- Maintain accurate records in systems such as Splose
- General admin including data entry inbox management and stock
About You
- Minimum 2 years of previous reception administration or customer service experience required
- Confident using Microsoft Office and client management systems
- Healthcare allied health or NDIS experience highly regarded
