Our Strategic Priorities & Coordination team is seeking an Administration Coordination Officer to provide highquality business coordination and administrative support within the Ministerial Services Branch. The role supports complex highprofile work and plays a key part in ensuring accurate timely and wellcoordinated outcomes in a dynamic environment.
In this role you will provide highquality coordination and administrative support for ministerial and parliamentary correspondence briefings and submissions ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. You will support branch reporting projects and events maintain records and trackers and provide a range of general administrative services including financial processing travel coordination and HRrelated support. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders you will contribute to efficient processes and support the effective operation of a fastpaced highprofile team.
The role will also provide support to the Ministers Office. From time to time the Administration Coordination Officer may work directly with the Ministers Office providing a valuable opportunity to gain insight into its operations and how ministerial decisions are developed and progressed.
About You
You are an experienced administration professional with strong coordination skills and the ability to operate confidently in a highpressure environment. You bring sound experience supporting highprofile projects or services and you understand the importance of quality control confidentiality and attention to detail when working with sensitive information. You are comfortable managing competing priorities and responding to changing requests while maintaining a high standard of work.
You are a clear communicator who builds positive working relationships and takes a customerfocused approach to service delivery. Organised and proactive you use technology and systems effectively to manage records track work and support efficient processes. You take pride in contributing to a collaborative team culture and delivering reliable administrative support that enables broader business outcomes.
