About the Role
Reporting to the YMSS Team Leader the Specialist Services Administration Officer provides high-level administrative and operational support across Specialist Services programs.
This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day coordination of services through effective rostering system management and participant administration. You will support staff and coordinators maintain accurate records and play a key role in ensuring services are delivered efficiently and in line with participant needs. You will also contribute to improving processes and supporting the ongoing development of programs.
What We Are Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in a high-level administrative or coordination role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience with rostering or scheduling
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Efficient in using multiple IT systems including Microsoft suite.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of or experience within the disability or community services sector (desirable)
