Job Summary
We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Service Delivery Coordinator in Kingsgrove to join ourGovernment and Integrated Facilities Management teamplay a key role in delivering a responsive highquality service experience while supporting contract performance and operational excellence. Reporting to the Service Manager youll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What Youll Do
This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:
Coordinating the end-to-end work order lifecycle across multiple contracts ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance with KPIs and SLAs.
Acting as a senior point of contact for complex queries and escalations providing clear compassionate and professional communication to customers and stakeholders.
Supporting service delivery partners and internal teams to maintain smooth workflows proactive issue resolution and strong service outcomes.
Reviewing finalising and validating work orders claims and invoicing to support commercial accuracy and contract performance.
Mentoring and supporting Service Delivery Coordinators contributing to knowledge sharing capability uplift and a positive team culture.
What Youll Bring
Experience in a fast-paced customer service or operations environment with confidence managing multiple priorities and tight timeframes.
Strong coordination organisational and attention-to-detail skills with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Well-developed communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Sound systems capability including MS Office and the ability to work confidently within work order or contract management systems.
A collaborative mindset with the confidence to provide guidance share knowledge and support others to succeed.
