Senior Service Delivery Coordinator

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Service Delivery Coordinator in Kingsgrove to join ourGovernment and Integrated Facilities Management teamplay a key role in delivering a responsive highquality service experience while supporting contract performance and operational excellence. Reporting to the Service Manager youll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What Youll Do

This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:

• Coordinating the end-to-end work order lifecycle across multiple contracts ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance with KPIs and SLAs.

• Acting as a senior point of contact for complex queries and escalations providing clear compassionate and professional communication to customers and stakeholders.

• Supporting service delivery partners and internal teams to maintain smooth workflows proactive issue resolution and strong service outcomes.

• Reviewing finalising and validating work orders claims and invoicing to support commercial accuracy and contract performance.

• Mentoring and supporting Service Delivery Coordinators contributing to knowledge sharing capability uplift and a positive team culture.

What Youll Bring

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service or operations environment with confidence managing multiple priorities and tight timeframes.

• Strong coordination organisational and attention-to-detail skills with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

• Well-developed communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

• Sound systems capability including MS Office and the ability to work confidently within work order or contract management systems.

• A collaborative mindset with the confidence to provide guidance share knowledge and support others to succeed.
