Key Responsibilities:
Package and prepare outgoing cases and shipments accurately and efficiently
Assist with general office tasks and day-to-day operational support
Help maintain organization of supplies and common work areas
Support team members across departments as needed
Learn and assist with basic data entry in internal systems
Ensure tasks are completed in a timely and detail-oriented manner
Qualifications:
Highschool diploma or GED
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable and punctual with a team-first attitude
Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or collaboratively
Strong attention to detail
