Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Assistant to support daily office operations and administrative tasks. This role involves assisting internal teams managing clerical responsibilities and helping maintain an efficient and professional office environment.
What Youll Be Supporting:
Administrative operations related to company services scheduling customer support coordination and internal office processes. This role does not involve door-to-door sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Organize and maintain office files records and documentation
- Assist with data entry and report preparation
- Support office staff with daily operational tasks
