Underwriting Manager - (Hybrid)
Compensation: $120000-$150000

Responsibilities
- Manage and coach underwriters; oversee performance and development
- Track key metrics (production retention profitability)
- Maintain underwriting quality service standards and compliance
- Support hiring training and process improvements
- Engage with agencies and handle complex accounts as needed
Qualifications
- 6 years commercial underwriting experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong underwriting analytical and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of regulations systems and industry standards
