Objective and Purpose:
Theobjectiveof this role is to lead and manage multipledentalpractice locations ensuring operational efficiency financial performance and compliance with regulatory standards. The purpose is to build andmaintainstrong relationships with partner doctors and practice leaders drive strategic growth initiatives mentor and develop office managers and practice leaders and champion change management efforts to achieve organizational goals.
The assigned territory includes Florida North Carolina Kentucky and Tennessee encompassing approximately 12 practices 22 providers and more than $27 million in annual revenue.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Set and execute monthly travel plans to visit direct reports and engage with partner practices.
- Build strong relationships with partner doctors practice leaders and team members.
- Onboard new associates through regular communication partnering with them andmonitoringtheir growth.
- Attendweekly field visits leading by example and engaging with the entire team.
- Identifyfocus areas: financials human resources/recruitment strategicinitiatives revenue cycle management and payer relations accounts payable procurement and marketing.
- Influence and implement change standardizingplansand growth initiatives.
- Communicate organizational vision strategic initiatives and operational changes effectively to leadership and team members ensuring understanding alignment and successful implementation across all assigned locations.
- Mentor and develop Office Managers/Practice Leaders aligning IDP plans for growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular 1:1meetingswith managers build strong relationships with partner surgeons and associates and provide tools with measurable goals.
- Identifygrowth opportunities for practices to grow organically manage costs and improve the bottom line.
- Engagemonthly MORs develop SMART action plans prepare detailed plans for hotspot practices and measure results.
- Identifyoperational inefficiencies and best practices to drive organic growth.
- Manage compliance issues in partnership with the compliance team VP of Operations and Compliance department.
- Ensure regulatory requirements and company SOPs are met.
- Focus on employee retention engagement and champion companywide initiatives.
- Lead the coding initiative to ensure effective implementation of recommended coding changes.
- Align MBO goals around best practices and practice optimization initiatives.
- Maintainstrong communicationwithVP of Operations to meet goals standardize processes and streamline communication with other department heads.
- Concur practice approvals and escalate to VP for final approval.
- Review all bonuses and increases with VP of Operationsand follow the approval process.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-7 years in a leadership role within a healthcare setting preferably in dental or medical practices.
- Proven track record in managing multiple locations and teams.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Healthcare Management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial management and understanding of P&L statements.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
