With a competitive salary range of $120000 - $130000 annually this position also offers great potential for career advancement within our growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant locations
• Implement strategic initiatives to enhance business performance
• Drive sales and profitability through effective leadership
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Train mentor and develop restaurant managers and staff
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Foster a positive and engaging work environment
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively
