We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead project execution with a strong focus on project management within subsea oil & gas projects particularly Production Control Systems (PCS). This role ensures seamless integration of project scopes with highly technical subsea control system delivery.

As a Project Manager - Production Controls you will be responsible for:

• Leading end-to-end delivery of subsea projects with accountability for project performance cost schedule and quality

• Developing and implementing project strategies aligned with production control system project requirements

• Managing delivery of Production Control Systems (PCS) ensuring integration of hardware software and communication systems

• Oversee project planning execution and performance management

• Ensuring alignment between project scopes and overall system delivery plans

• Driving governance through KPIs and performance reviews

• Managing contract administration including variations and claims

• Collaborating with engineering teams for technical compliance

• Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and offshore regulations

• Identifying and mitigating risks related to system integration and projects

To be successful in this role you should have:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field

• Looking for candidates with end to end Project Management experience in Subsea/ Oil and Gas/ Manufacturing sector d

• Experience with Production Control Systems (PCS)

• Knowledge of subsea system integration

• Understanding of offshore HSE standards

• Strong commercial and financial acumen

• Experience with subsea control system suppliers

• Knowledge of communication protocols and control architectures

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification

• Experience in global organizations
