Enjoy competitive pay at $44.45 per hour (evening) with a minimum of $415.60 per sleepover shift plus weekend penalty rates.

We are a LicensedChild Safety Provider and registered National Disability Insurance Scheme(NDIS) Provider in Mackay.
About the Role: As a Residential Youth Worker you will be responsible for creating a supportive and nurturingenvironment for young individuals in Residential closelywith your Team Leader and Key Support Workeryou will help empower youngpeople to thrive and build a brighter role plays an importantpart in MADECs mission to empower and support people to do their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered support by ensuring the right amount of assistance to each youngperson.
- Provide documented support including completing incident reports behavior reportshazard reports and maintenance requests.
- Empower young people to exercise choice and control in their lives.
- Provide positive behavior support by implementing support strategies.
- Demonstrate a commitment to workplace health & safety.

About You:To be successful in this role you will need:
- Availability to work sleepover shifts 1600-0700 weekdays weekends and public holidays.
- A Certificate IV in Child Family and Youth Intervention or Early ChildhoodEducation (or equivalent) or evidence of enrolment.
- A valid Queensland Drivers License.
- A current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance orwillingness to obtain.
