Job Summary

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Total Experience 9 years
  • Strong experience in Salesforce implementation and solution architecture.
  • Strong expertise in Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Apex Visualforce and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Hands-on experience with Einstein Bot Unified Messaging Salesforce Messaging for In-App and Web (MIAW) Contact Center solutions and Agentforce integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture governor limits and best practices.
  • Experience in designing scalable solutions using declarative tools (Flow Process Builder Workflow Rules) and custom development.
  • Strong experience in REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware tools.
  • Expertise in Salesforce data model security model and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Strong consulting communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in handling complex enterprise environments and multi-stakeholder engagements.
  • Salesforce Architect certifications (Application/System Architect preferred).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture for enterprise-scale implementations.
  • Develop scalable solutions across Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud and custom Salesforce applications.
  • Architect and implement features such as Einstein Bot Unified Messaging MIAW and Agentforce integrations.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce technical solutions and architecture designs.
  • Define integration architecture between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
  • Ensure optimal use of Salesforce declarative and programmatic capabilities based on business needs.
  • Conduct architecture and design reviews ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on Apex LWC and system design.
  • Manage platform performance scalability and governance including handling Salesforce limitations and constraints.
  • Lead client discussions manage stakeholder expectations and provide solution advisory support.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery including design development testing deployment and production support.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define Salesforce roadmap and solution strategy.
  • Mentor and guide technical teams to improve solution quality and delivery efficiency

Qualifications :

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
