Your Mission

As an International Travel Coordinator you are the ultimate facilitator. When plans change or challenges arise you are the calm expert voice that guides travelers back on track. You will manage high-level logistics and ensure that every guests journey is nothing short of extraordinary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bilingual Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for Croatian-speaking travelers and global property partners.
  • Journey Optimization: Professionally handle complex booking updates specialized requests and high-priority cancellations.
  • Strategic Mediation: Negotiate and resolve stay-related hurdles including check-in disputes and financial inquiries between guests and hotels.
  • Workflow Innovation: Utilize cutting-edge software to streamline the travel experience and maintain meticulous records.
  • Brand Representation: Deliver a world-class service experience that aligns with the values of a global market leader.
