The Mission

Key Objectives:

• Partner & Guest Relations: Provide sophisticated support to Croatian-speaking travelers and hotel partners via phone and digital channels.
• Logistical Oversight: Manage the full booking lifecycle including high-priority modifications custom requests and cancellations.
• Mediation & Resolution: Act as a decisive liaison to resolve friction between travelers and properties regarding payments check-ins or service standards.
• Operational Excellence: Utilize state-of-the-art CRM technology to track interactions and optimize service delivery.
• Brand Integrity: Embody the values of a premier travel leader through empathetic high-standard professional communication.

• Multilingual Expert: Native-level command of Croatian and professional fluency in English (B2).
