TalentWorldGroup is hiring Croatian-speaking Pre-Sales Representatives to support a leading European travel-tech platform that is transforming how vacation rentals are managed and this role you will help homeowners explore partnership opportunities and guide them through the early qualification process.

Key Responsibilities

Contact homeowners from client-provided databases and marketing-generated leads
Conduct lead prequalification calls and assess suitability for the platform
Ask qualifying questions regarding properties licensing pricing and availability
Manage and update lead information accurately within CRM systems
Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow-up and conversion
Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups
Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth lead handover

Required Skills & Qualifications

Fluent Croatian (C2) and strong English communication skills
Experience in calling environments sales support lead qualification or customer service
Comfortable handling warm and cold outreach calls
Strong verbal communication and listening skills
Organized detail-oriented and comfortable managing CRM systems/databases
Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups effectively
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills

Tools & Systems

Aircall cloud-based calling platform
Pipedrive CRM lead and pipeline management
Internal dashboards and workflow systems

Working Schedule (CET)

Total: 20 hours per week

Monday: 10:0013:00 and 15:3019:00
Tuesday: 15:3019:00
Wednesday: 10:0013:00
Thursday: 15:3019:00
Friday: 10:0013:30

Training Information

3 hours of unpaid training sessions
Tentative training start date: 01.06.2026
