Your future duties and responsibilities:

Design develop and implement custom solutions for Oracle Retail applications including RMS ReSA RPM and related modules.
Configure and customize Oracle Retail modules to support evolving business requirements.
Lead enhancements and optimizations to improve application performance scalability and business processes.
Develop and deploy RICE (Reports Interfaces Conversions Extensions) components for enhanced functionality and seamless integrations.
Integrate Oracle Retail solutions with ERP CRM POS WMS and eCommerce platforms using APIs web services and other integration techniques.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to improve efficiency and responsiveness of Oracle Retail applications.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
Collaborate with functional consultants business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Support implementation of upgrades patches and new releases while ensuring minimal business disruption.
Create and maintain technical documentation for development configurations customizations and deployment activities.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Retail applications.
Strong expertise in Oracle Retail solutions including:
oOracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS)
oOracle Retail Sales Audit (ReSA)
oOracle Retail Price Management (RPM)
Experience in custom development and system enhancements within Oracle Retail environments.
Strong knowledge of RICE components development and deployment.
Proven experience integrating Oracle Retail with ERP CRM POS WMS and eCommerce platforms.
Strong troubleshooting analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Oracle Retail applications.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills
Experience supporting Oracle Retail upgrades patches and new feature implementations.
Knowledge of APIs web services and enterprise integration frameworks.
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
Ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions.
Understanding of retail business processes and operations.
