We are looking for highly presentable articulate warm and ambitious individuals to join our front-facing consulting team at the Mumbai Experience Centre.

This role blends luxury hospitality consultative sales relationship management and technology advisory.

Role Overview

As a Smart Home Consultant you will be responsible for delivering immersive customer experiences consulting homeowners on smart living solutions and managing the client journey from discovery to project handover.

You will interact with premium clientele architects designers and homeowners while representing the AHA brand with professionalism warmth and sophistication.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Smart Home Consulting

• Deliver world-class smart home demonstrations and immersive customer experiences.

• Consult clients on:

  • Home automation

  • Smart lighting

  • Audio & visual systems

  • Security solutions

  • Climate control

  • Luxury smart living experiences

• Understand customer lifestyle requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Proposal & Project Consultation

• Prepare smart home blueprints and proposals using internal tools based on:

  • Electrical layouts

  • Furniture plans

  • Interior design concepts

• Assist customers in understanding smart home possibilities and implementation strategies.

Sales & Relationship Management

• Manage the complete customer journey:

  • Walk-ins

  • Discovery meetings

  • Product demonstrations

  • Proposal presentations

  • Negotiations

  • Deal closure

  • Project coordination & handover

• Build long-term relationships with:

  • Homeowners

  • Architects

  • Interior designers

  • Industry partners

• Generate referrals and repeat business opportunities.

Experience Centre & Brand Representation

• Maintain hospitality standards and presentation quality at the Experience Centre.

• Manage CRM workflows customer follow-ups and WhatsApp communication.

• Participate in:

  • Brand events

  • Walkthroughs

  • Social content creation

  • Client experiences

• Represent the AHA brand with confidence warmth and professionalism.

Compensation & Growth

• Fixed Salary: 50000 – 75000 per month
