As an Assistant Driller youll be at the heart of our geotechnical operations supporting critical projects that inform infrastructure energy and environmental decisions worldwide. Youll work alongside experienced drillers and technical teams contributing to high-impact data collection that drives innovation and sustainability. This is a hands-on role where your efforts directly support our mission and make a real difference.

Nearshore Full-time Shift-based rotation (typically 12-hour shifts)

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Expectations & Deliverables

• Operate and maintain specialized drilling equipment including pipe handling cranes and mud mixing systems.
• Support safe and efficient geotechnical data acquisition for client projects.
• Assist in lifting operations and equipment maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Mix drilling fluids and ensure proper handling and disposal.
• Collaborate with team members during in situ testing sample recovery and borehole logging.
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records and assist in reporting operational data.
• Participate in toolbox talks and contribute to team briefings.

What Youll Need to Thrive in This Role

• Experience working in offshore or field-based environments (preferred but not essential).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical equipment operation.
• Ability to work safely and effectively in physically demanding conditions.
• A team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
• Willingness to travel globally and work offshore for extended periods.
