Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Catering Assistant to join our team at Ore Village United Kingdom. As a Catering Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting our food service operations ensuring high-quality meals are prepared and served to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist in the preparation of delicious meals
- Serve food to customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and dining areas
- Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure food safety compliance
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during meal services
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Operate kitchen equipment and utensils safely and efficiently
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and special requests
- Participate in setup and cleanup activities for catering events
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications :
- Passion for food service and customer satisfaction
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (training will be provided)
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
