Job Summary

POSITION SUMMARY

Cassaday & Company Inc. is seeking an Investment Operations Associate to join the Investment Management & Research (IMR) team in McLean Virginia.This role focuses on investment data integrity performance and cost basis reporting and operational support across portfolio management and trading functions while alsoassistingwith investment research initiatives analytical projects and investment-related communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain and audit investment data across portfolio accounting and reporting systems with a focus on cost basis accuracy and reconciliation.

Support the firms GIPS verification process through data preparation validation and auditor coordination.

Prepare investment analyses and materials for internal and client-facing use.

Coordinate fundmanagerdue diligence processes including meeting scheduling documentation and follow-up tracking.

Support Investment Policy Committee (IPC) meeting preparationlogistics and materials.

Assistwith departmental reporting and operational workflow management across IMR and Trading functions.

Assistin the drafting and reviewingofclient-facing investment communications.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree with a strong academic record.

Strong interest in investment management and financial markets.

Progress toward CFA designation preferred.

Ability to obtain the SIE Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) within six months of hire.
Advanced proficiencyin MicrosoftExcel;VBA experience preferred.
Familiarity with investment platforms and research tools such as Bloomberg FactSet Morningstar or YCharts preferred.
Experience with Python R SQL or other analytical tools is a plus.
Strong analytical quantitative and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

This position offers a hybrid schedule following successful completion of the introductory period.
