Job Summary
This role is onsite Monday - Friday at our beautiful office in Brentwood TN.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development & Execution
Draft and edit internal communications including company-wide emails intranet content and newsletters
Ensure messaging aligns with company voice tone and brand standards
Internal Communications Support
Support execution of enterprise communications campaigns
Assist in maintaining internal communication channels including intranet platforms and digital content
Project Coordination
Manage content calendars and track deliverables across multiple projects
Coordinate with cross-functional partners including Human Resources Operations and Marketing
Measurement & Insights
Support tracking and analysis of communication metrics
Assist in developing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness
Research and Special Projects
Support research needs and develop briefs as needed
Support process documentation and refinement as needed
Qualifications / Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism Marketing or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Ability to translate complex information into clear concise messaging
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel Teams)
Preferred Qualifications
Interest in healthcare communications or public company environments
Program Details
Paid internship; duration typically 1012 weeks
