Role Overview
Preparation of manufacturer material data for maintenance business. Providing spare part data and manufacturer Bill of materials for Workplace Datacenter and Networking devices to ensure operational day-to-day business for global and local customer contracts. Roles at this level will work under general supervision and uses discretion in solving problems. Work is reviewed at frequent milestones able to determine when a problem needs escalating.

Requirements
- Very good technical product knowledge within IT environment
- Experience with relevant business/ ERP systems e.g. SAP
- Excellent analytical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- High reliability efficient planning & structured organization of workload also in stressful situations
- Working effectively in a global and collaborative environment
- Excellent Interpersonal literacy and numeracy skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
- Team oriented thinking and working style paired with a high level of motivation to successfully transform the objectives
- Strong interpersonal & communications skills and confidence in working with crossfunctional stakeholders and teams at all levels
- Excellent English skills written and spoken (minim. CEFR at level B2)
- Must be fluent German.
- Ability and willingness to travel globally

- Understand technical functionalities at the spare parts level and drive Information into the organization to ensure the business meets SLA performance targets
- Ensuring all technical information that is necessary to fulfil the customer contracts are available
- High attention to detail addressing issues proactively and delivering effective sustainable solutions

- Understand and adhere to policies and procedures

Responsibilities
- Access and research technical device informations in manufacturers and suppliers data sources
- Compile the search result of data into our clients standardized system specifications
- Administrate and monitor relevant material and master data with a high attention to detail ensure high level accuracy of data
- Provide comprehensive and correct master data for reporting and processing of information
- Prioritize and co-ordinate own and others work schedules to ensure that business and customer needs are met and deadlines are adhered to.
- Able to communicate on complex issues to meet business and customer requirements to avoid escalations.
- Act in accordance with our clients Information
- Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organization.
