Desktop Support Technician

We have an immediate requirement for a Desktop Support Technician role supporting a large-scale Desktop Refresh Program. Please find the details below:

Maricopa County AZ

Technicians will assist with deployment replacement setup troubleshooting inventory tracking and onsite user support while working in a fast-paced deployment environment.

• Experience deploying and configuring Windows desktop and laptop computers
• Basic knowledge of workstation imaging and deployment processes
• Experience setting up monitors docking stations printers and peripherals
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to follow deployment schedules and written procedures
• Basic troubleshooting skills related to hardware software and connectivity issues
• Experience updating tickets and documenting completed work
• Ability to work independently and within deployment teams
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Maricopa County
• Professional and customer-focused approach

• Experience supporting desktop refresh or hardware deployment projects
• Experience with SCCM MDT Intune Autopilot or similar deployment tools
• Enterprise or government IT support experience
• Asset tracking and inventory management experience
• Knowledge of Active Directory and basic network troubleshooting

• Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop support deployment or technical support roles
  OR
• Equivalent combination of education and related technical experience

• High School Diploma or GED

• Valid Arizona Drivers License or ability to obtain one at the time of hire
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed

• Experience participating in large-scale PC refresh initiatives
• Experience in enterprise government or public sector environments
• Knowledge of workstation setup cable management and hardware installation best practices
