- Up to R360K C.T.C. per annum (excl fuel and bonus).
Experience & Requirements:
- Relevant B-degree / diploma completed.
- Min 3-6years experience in a facilities / property management role where you managed multiple properties and oversaw all facilities-related operations.
- Strong budget control and cost-saving mindset and ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers/contractors to achieve best value.
- Fluency in Afrikaans and English essential.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to sites.
