Requisite Requirement:
• Graduate or Post Graduate candidates having 15-20 years of Pharma industry experience
• Designation:National Sales Manager
• Base Location: Ahmedabad
• Area Coverage: All India
• Reporting to: Managing Director
Key Responsibility:
1. Responsible for leading a nationwide sales team developing sales strategies and driving revenue growth across all branches.
2. They set performance goals manage budgets recruit staff.
3. Lead mentor and train regional sales managers and sales representatives to improve performance
4. Build and maintain relationships with major Doctors-Stockiest distributors and channel partners.
5. Monitor sales data analyze performance against goals and prepare sales forecasts.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
1. Strong leadership negotiation and team-building abilities.
2. Proficient in data analysis to identify trends and optimize sales processes.
3. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for high-level client meetings.
