Job Summary

Job Description:

Configure and customize SAP SD module based on business requirements
Handle complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) process
Create and manage:
- Sales Orders
- Deliveries
- Billing/Invoicing
- Pricing procedures
Work on customer master and material master data
Configure:
- Sales document types
- Item categories
- Schedule line categories
- Output determination
- Partner determination
Support integration with:
- MM
- FI
- WM/EWM
- PP
Analyze business processes and provide SAP solutions
Resolve production/support tickets and user issues
Perform testing:
- Unit Testing
- Integration Testing
- UAT
Prepare functional specifications for technical developments
Work with ABAP developers for:
- Reports
- Enhancements
- Interfaces
- IDocs
Support SAP S/4HANA migration and implementation projects
Provide end-user training and documentation
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot SD-related issues
