1. Sales & Business Development

Drive inside sales for cybersecurity networking and infrastructure solu ons.

Engage with system integrators Tier-1 partners and resellers to generate and close business.

Pitch products and solu ons to partners and customers via calls emails and virtual mee ngs.

Support field sales teams in deal closures and pipeline management.
-
2. Partner Management & Onboarding
-
Iden fy and onboard new system integrators and channel partners.
-
Enable partners by introducing Tech Firsts por olio and value proposi on.
-
Ensure Tech First is registered and ac ve within partner ecosystems.
-
Maintain regular engagement to drive partner-led business.
-
3. OEM Coordina on
-
Act as the primary interface between OEMs and partners for pricing and deal support.
-
Coordinate for special pricing requests deal registra ons and approvals.
-
Manage ongoing communica on for order processing and reconcilia ons.
-
4. Order & Quote Management
-
Prepare and share quota ons with partners based on OEM pricing.
-
Manage order lifecycle: order loading processing tracking and closure.
-
Ensure accuracy in pricing margins and documenta on.
-
Handle order-related escala ons and ensure mely fulfillment.
-
5. Pipeline & Repor ng
-
Maintain and track sales pipeline ensuring adequate coverage vs targets.
-
Share regular updates on business progress forecasts and closures.
-
6. Internal Coordina on
-
Work closely with finance logis cs and vendor teams for smooth execu on.
-
Ensure mely invoices delivery and payment follow-ups where required.
