Job Summary

A well-established and multi-branch commercial contractor (Fire Suppression HVAC and Electrical) isimmediatelylooking for an experienced Lead Commercial HVAC/R Technician to oversee a team of techs and cover the Chicago IL and surrounding areas.

As the Lead HVAC/R Tech you will meet with clients and provide quotes and estimates as needed; inspect install troubleshoot service repair and perform preventative maintenance to a variety of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment and systems including but not limited to RTUs A/C heat pumps cooling towers freezers (reach in walk in stand up) coolers temperature controlled systems (i.e. Liebert) air handlers etc.; mentor techs and oversee projects.

SHIFT: Days Monday - Friday. On-Call Rotation every 3 Weeks.

COMPENSATION & COMPANY PERKS:

$45 - $55/hour

SUPPRESSION TECHNICIAN JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

EPA Universal
At least five (5) years servicing commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment and systems
Experience servicing Liebert HVAC equipment considered a strong asset
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Ability to pass pre-employment background checks (Criminal MVR Physical and Drug Testing)
