About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Business Partner People & Culture ANZ to join our team and play a key role in partnering with leaders to deliver people strategies that support business performance engagement and growth.
Based in Sydney Brisbane Melbourne in a hybrid work environment this is an exciting opportunity for a proactive People & Culture professional who thrives in a fast-paced professional services environment and is passionate about building trusted relationships leading teams and driving positive people outcomes.
As a trusted advisor to business leaders youll provide strategic and operational HR support across a broad range of people initiatives. Youll work closely with stakeholders to influence decision-making strengthen organisational capability and foster a high-performing and collaborative culture.
Taking a lead role youll support a team while partnering across the business to deliver practical commercially focused HR solutions.
Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:
- Partner with leaders to provide strategic and operational HR advice across the employee lifecycle
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and establish trusted client networks across the business
- Lead coach and develop direct reports to achieve high performance and professional growth
- Support workforce planning employee engagement performance management and organisational development initiatives
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters and people-related risk management
- Contribute to the development and implementation of people strategies aligned to business objectives
- Drive a positive collaborative and high-performing workplace culture
About You
Suitable applicants will be/have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Human Resources Psychology or Management Administration (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 7 years experience in a generalist People & Culture / HR role ideally within a professional services environment
- Demonstrated ability to consistently build and maintain trusted internal client relationships
- Proven experience managing and developing direct reports
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation
- A collaborative and solutions-focused approach with strong commercial awareness
- Excellent communication relationship management and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational delivery
