They are known for technical excellence advanced R&D capabilities and executing complex large-scale industrial projects.
Lead and deliver process engineering outputs across project phases including simulations mass and energy balances and design documentation. Provide technical input during tenders support commissioning and start-up activities and drive process optimisation initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders resolve complex technical challenges and mentor engineering teams while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BEng/BSc in Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering (Masters or PhD advantageous)
- 1015 years experience in mining minerals processing or heavy industrial environments
- Strong process design experience (flowsheets mass/energy balances PFDs P&IDs)
- Proficient in process simulation tools (FactSage HSC Chemistry or similar)
- Proven leadership experience with commissioning client engagement and team mentorship
