Frontend Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Frontend Engineer to join the engineering team In this role you will architect build and deploy scalable high performance web applications while owning the frontend stack using React and leveraging AWS for deployment hosting and infrastructure management

Key Responsibilities
Feature Development Architect build and maintain responsive user interfaces and reusable components using React
Cloud Deployment Configure deploy and manage frontend applications using AWS services such as Amplify S3 CloudFront and Route 53
API Integration Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints
Performance Optimization Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues ensuring fast load times and smooth user experience across devices and browsers
Code Quality Write clean maintainable and well documented JavaScript or TypeScript code and participate in code reviews
Collaboration Work in an Agile environment with product managers designers and QA teams to deliver technical solutions

Qualifications and Must Haves
Frontend Fundamentals Strong proficiency in HTML5 CSS3 and modern JavaScript ES6 and above
React Expertise Deep understanding of React principles lifecycle methods hooks and experience with Redux Context API and Zustand
AWS Experience Hands on experience deploying and hosting applications on AWS with knowledge of CDN cloud storage and serverless architectures
Version Control Proficiency in Git and tools such as GitHub GitLab and Bitbucket
Responsive Design Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile first development

Nice to Have
Experience with TypeScript
Familiarity with AWS services such as Cognito API Gateway and Lambda
Experience with frontend build tools such as Vite Webpack and Babel
Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest React Testing Library and Cypress
Knowledge of CI CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions and AWS CodePipeline

Additional Skills
Hands on experience with Terraform for AWS infrastructure provisioning
Experience integrating systems with Apigee or CA Layer 7 API Gateway
Familiarity with CI CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
