Role Title: Frontend Tester Insurance

We are looking for a Frontend Tester- Insurance to ensure the quality and usability of customer-facing and internal digital platforms for life insurance. You will validate web and mobile applications used across customer agent and operations journeys ensuring a smooth accurate and compliant user experience.

Experience

• 26 years in UI / frontend testing or QA
• Experience with web and mobile digital platforms
• Insurance or financial services exposure is an advantage

Technical & Testing Skills

• Basic knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript
• Understanding of responsive web design
• Familiar with browser developer tools
• Strong knowledge of test case design SDLC Agile and regression testing

Domain & Tools

• Exposure to insurance journeys (onboarding servicing claims)
• Awareness of compliance and data privacy requirements
• Experience with Jira and TestRail

Nice to Have

• ISTQB certification
• Mobile testing (iOS / Android) experience
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
