THE ROLE
The Business Consultant Insurance Transformation will lead and support largescale transformation initiatives across Life General and/or Motor Insurance. The role focuses on driving business and technology change from strategy through execution working closely with senior stakeholders to shape futurestate operating models digital capabilities and enterprise solutions.
This is a consultingstyle role requiring strong engagement problemsolving and delivery leadership beyond standard documentationfocused business analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Insurance Transformation & Change Delivery
- Lead and support enterpriselevel insurance transformation initiatives across core insurance domains (Life General Motor)
- Drive transformation outcomes across strategy operating model design process reengineering and technology enablement
- Translate business vision and objectives into scalable operating models targetstate processes and transformation roadmaps
2) Business & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner closely with senior business stakeholders product owners technology teams and delivery partners
- Act as a trusted advisor facilitating alignment between business and technology across complex crossfunctional environments
- Navigate ambiguity manage competing priorities and drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
3) Solution Design & Innovation
- Facilitate design thinking sessions workshops and working groups to identify innovative and practical solutions
- Lead solution discussions beyond traditional BA documentation shaping outcomes collaboratively with business and engineering teams
- Drive process reengineering initiatives to improve efficiency customer experience and operational effectiveness
4) Delivery Enablement
- Convert business requirements into clear actionable transformation and technology requirements
- Ensure alignment between business intent solution design and delivery execution
- Support endtoend delivery from early concept through implementation and adoption
Required Experience
- 815 years of experience in insurance transformation consulting or enterprise change initiatives
- Strong domain expertise across Life General and/or Motor Insurance
- Proven experience delivering largescale business and technology transformation programmes
- Prior consulting experience strongly preferred
Core Capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills including senior and executivelevel engagement
- Strong problemsolving and analytical thinking with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments
- Experience driving operating model design process transformation and digital enablement
- Ability to bridge business and technology teams to deliver aligned scalable solutions
Transformation & Delivery Knowledge
- Understanding of endtoend insurance value chains and core insurance systems
- Familiarity with Agile hybrid or waterfall delivery models
- Experience working across multivendor or partner delivery environments
