ROLE DESCRIPTION

Role Summary

The Frontend Developer will be responsible for designing and developing responsive secure and highperformance user interfaces for enterprise applications. The role requires close collaboration with backend integration and UX teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with Prudentials digital standards and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend applications using Javabased backend integration and modern UI frameworks
• Translate UX/UI designs and business requirements into highquality reusable code
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs
• Ensure crossbrowser compatibility responsiveness and accessibility compliance
• Optimize application performance scalability and security
• Participate in code reviews testing and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with product owners architects and QA teams
• Adhere to enterprise development standards security and regulatory requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in JavaScript (ES6) HTML5 CSS3
• Working knowledge of Java backend integration (RESTful APIs)
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux Context API)
• Experience in responsive design and UI performance optimization
• Familiarity with enterprise authentication mechanisms (OAuth SSO)
• Experience with Git CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum delivery
• Strong debugging problemsolving and communication skills
• Experience in banking/financial service industry
