Role Title: Frontend Business Analyst Insurance

Were looking for a Frontend Business Analyst to translate business needs into intuitive user-friendly digital experiences across customer and agent platforms. Youll work closely with business UX/UI and engineering teams to deliver seamless web and mobile solutions aligned with life insurance products processes and regulatory requirements.

Experience

• 37 years as a Business Analyst preferably in life insurance or financial services
• Experience delivering digital/web/mobile projects
• Exposure to Agile environments

Business & Functional Skills

• Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills
• Experience writing user stories acceptance criteria and functional specifications
• Ability to map end-to-end customer journeys (eKYC onboarding policy purchase servicing claims)
• Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills

Domain & Tools

• Understanding of life insurance policy lifecycle and claims processes
• Awareness of data privacy regulatory and compliance requirements
• Experience using Jira / Azure DevOps Confluence and Visio
• Basic wireframing knowledge (Figma Balsamiq Adobe XD)

Nice to Have

• CBAP CCBA or Agile/Scrum certification
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of UX principles and accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG)
