Job Summary

Builds range from 1ml to $15M with immediate opportunity to jump straight into residential new builds in Brisbanes most exclusive areas.
Day to day you will be responsible for:
- Lead and manage construction sites across high-end custom homes ensuring on-time delivery and exceptional quality
- Coordinate subcontractors trades and site teams maintaining strict adherence to safety and documentation standards
- Monitor build progress cost reporting and quality control ensuring client expectations are exceeded
