Key Responsibilities:
- Source and secure new high-net-worth insurance clients
- Conduct detailed needs analyses to identify gaps in existing cover
- Structure and present tailored insurance solutions aligned to clients needs
- Manage the full policy lifecycle including onboarding servicing renewals and claims
- Maintain strong ongoing relationships through personalised engagement
- Monitor client portfolios including renewals claims experience and policy performance
- Ensure that all documentation compliance and regulatory requirements are met
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service
- Drive portfolio growth while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years experience in short-term insurance (personal lines essential)
- Proven experience working with high-net-worth clients
- FAIS compliant (RE credits and Fit & Proper requirements)
- Strong understanding of insurance products policy structures and underwriting principles
- Experience in both sales and servicing environments
- Excellent negotiation advisory and client engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio end-to-end
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
