HK$67919 - HK$140903 (HMPS point 2 to 19) per month including Monthly Allowance An additional monthly Management Responsibility Allowance of HK$2500. Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance. |

Key Responsibilities |
1. | Responsible for the overall management of the Pharmacy Department. |
2. | Plan the strategic direction for the Department and formulate action plans. |
3. | Monitor and provide expenditure analysis on the consumption trend of pharmaceuticals and recommend alternative treatment protocols to all clinical departments to ensure cost-effective use of resources. |
4. | Serve as member of various professional hospital committees such as Drugs and Therapeutics Committee etc. |
5. | Supervise motivate and train pharmaceutical staff so as to provide service of the highest-possible professional standard and ensure continuous improvement of quality. |
6. | Collaborate with HA Head Office and other departments / clinical units / professional personnel to accomplish local and corporate goals. |

Entry Requirements |
1. | A registered pharmacist with a valid practising certificate issued by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Hong Kong. |
2. | # 2 years post-registration experience as a hospital pharmacist. |
3. | Management experience in pharmacy service. |
4. | With relevant training in management. |
5. | Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English. |
| (Note # : | Experience acquired as a pharmacists after registration with overseas registration authorities but prior to registration with the Hong Kong Pharmacy and Poisons Board can be accepted as post-registration experience.) |
