Restaurant Operations Manager

We are representing ahigh-end established restaurant in Sandtonseeking atop-tier General Manager / Operations Leadto take full ownership of the business from May 2026.

This role is suited to asystems-driven operatorwith a proven ability tobuild implement and enforce world-class operational structureswithin a premium hospitality environment.

This is not a role for a service-focused floor manager we are specifically looking for an individual who understands how toengineer a restaurant through systems policies and disciplined execution.

Candidates must currently reside in the Johannesburg area or be willing to move to this area.

• 6 years experiencein senior management withinupmarket or fine dining hospitality
• Demonstrated success increating and implementing operational systems policies and procedures
• Strong commercial understanding ofrestaurant financials cost control and performance management
• Proven leadership of bothFOH & BOH teams at a senior level
• Highly structured detail-oriented andprocess-driven mindset
• Strong leadership presence with the ability toenforce standards and drive accountability
• Stable career history withverifiable contactable references (essential)
