Premium Customer Success Officer FX industry

Top TYalent Recruitment is working with a multinational financial services company specialising in online trading who is seeking to onboard a German speaking Premium Customer Success Officer to join their team in Limassol.

Position: Premium Customer Success Officer (German)

Location: Limassol Cyprus

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain long lasting relationships with existing clients offer them the best solution services
• Ensure existing clients are satisfied as well as gaining and using feedback
• Research industry trends
• Give presentations to clients about products or services
• Resolve and answer any questions/queries asked by the client if able to help or escalate it to the relevant department
• Ensure that the terms of a contract are adhered to by both your employer and clients
• Understand and help to meet the targets and aims of the client.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native in German both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level). Additional languages will be considered as an advantage
• Degree in Economics Business or any other relevant field
• Previous experience in a Client Relationship Sales Business Development or Customer Support roles within the FX industry is a must!
• Good understanding of financial markets and financial instruments
• Knowledge of technical analysis
• Knowledge of fundamental analysis
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Passionate about the financial markets
• Self-motivated a high achiever
• High time management skills
• Ability to work independently while being a team player at the same time.
