The ideal candidate is passionate about client relationships customer satisfaction and delivering a high-end customer experience. You will be responsible for managing premium clients building long-term relationships and ensuring exceptional service and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with premium German-speaking clients.
Deliver exceptional customer support and personalized account management.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and guidance.
Maintain regular communication with clients via phone email and chat.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues quickly.
Monitor customer activity and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems accordingly.
Requirements
Fluent/native level German and good English communication skills.
Previous experience in Customer Success Account Management Retention or a similar client-facing role.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience within iGaming Forex or Sales is considered an advantage.
