Portuguese-Speaking FX Retention Team Lead Role
Location: Limassol Cyprus

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Team Lead for our Portuguese FX Retention Desk at a well-established brokerage firm based in Limassol.

If you have led a successful team in the past and are open to growing a high-performing team around you or potentially bringing trusted colleagues that case you may find this role especially rewarding.

Requirements:

Native or fluent Portuguese speaker
Minimum 1 year of experience in FX retention
Strong leadership and team development skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Currently based in Cyprus or open to relocating on short notice
Experience building or growing a retention desk is a strong advantage
