About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Design Engineer Civil to support the planning design and execution of civil engineering and infrastructure projects. This role involves preparing technical designs ensuring compliance with engineering standards and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver efficient and high-quality project solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Civil Design & Engineering
Prepare detailed civil engineering designs drawings and technical specifications.
Develop structural layouts site development plans and infrastructure designs.
Ensure designs comply with project requirements safety standards and local regulations.
Perform engineering calculations analysis and feasibility assessments.

Project Planning & Coordination
Coordinate with project managers architects and engineering teams.
Support project planning scheduling and technical execution activities.
Review project requirements and provide design recommendations.
Assist in resolving design-related issues during project execution.

Technical Documentation & Reporting
Prepare BOQs design reports calculations and technical documentation.
Maintain accurate records of drawings revisions and project updates.
Review and interpret technical data specifications and standards.
Ensure proper documentation and version control processes are followed.

Software & Design Tools
Utilize engineering software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D STAAD Pro or similar tools.
Prepare and review 2D and 3D engineering drawings.
Support BIM coordination and digital design processes when required.

Quality & Compliance
Ensure adherence to engineering standards codes and company procedures.
Conduct design reviews and quality checks for accuracy and efficiency.
Support implementation of safety sustainability and quality initiatives.
Coordinate with site teams to ensure design intent is properly executed.

Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with consultants contractors and internal departments.
Participate in technical meetings and project discussions.
Provide technical support during client interactions and project reviews.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
37 years of experience in civil design engineering within infrastructure construction or industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles codes and standards.
Experience with engineering design software and project coordination.
