HRSI is looking for Deputy Manager Administration for one of its leading client.
Job Responsibilities & Authorities:
- Manage petty cash and oversee procurement of local market items including requisitions and cash handling through ERP systems.
- Maintain accurate records of approved and pending requisitions in the ERP.
- Distribute cash salaries to workers securely and on time.
- Liaise with government authorities to ensure compliance with labor health and safety regulations; maintain required documentation.
- Lead and supervise the admin team overseeing housekeeping fleet and security operations.
- Recruit train and manage administrative staff while ensuring effective workforce administration.
- Develop and implement administrative systems policies and procedures in line with company standards.
- Monitor and enforce security protocols; manage in-and-out logs for employees visitors and materials.
- Plan and execute company-wide events ensuring smooth logistical arrangements.
- Drive continuous improvement in administrative functions and operational processes.
