Overview

Expert Marketing Communications is responsible for strategic positioning brand leadership and institutional communications. The role leads to the development and execution of integrated marketing communications and reputation management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of an integrated marketing and communications strategy.

Develop and manage brand architecture messaging framework and visual identity across all institutional touchpoints ensuring consistency in narrative with stakeholders.

Design and implement multi-channel marketing and communication campaigns (digital print media investor roadshows international forums and strategic events) to support organizational market development objectives.

Lead strategic media engagement and reputation management including press briefings thought leadership content crisis communications spokesperson coordination and structured media relations to ensure accurate representation of initiatives nationally and globally.

Oversee the preparation of high-level communication materials including annual reports investor decks policy briefs speeches website content social media strategy and Board-level presentations ensuring alignment with institutional priorities and investment narratives.

Integrate Artificial Intelligence tools and data-driven marketing approaches to enhance outreach effectiveness including but not limited to AI-powered market segmentation investor targeting analytics predictive campaign optimization content automation sentiment analysis digital listening and performance dashboards to support evidence-based communication decisions.

Establish stakeholder communication protocols and internal communication frameworks to ensure cross-departmental alignment and coherence in external messaging.

Monitor brand perception media coverage digital engagement metrics and campaign ROI strategic recommendations to strengthen institutional visibility.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategic marketing communications and branding.

Proven experience leading integrated marketing and communications functions.

Demonstrated exposure to international stakeholders media and investment-facing communications.

Relevant experience with investment promotion agencies and/or technology sectors will be an added advantage

Education Requirements

Bachelors degree (16 years of education) in Marketing Communications Business Administration Media Studies or a related field.
