Overview

Expert Partnerships & Alliances is responsible for designing executing and operationalizing a structured partnerships and alliances strategy to support the long-term growth and competitiveness of the organization. The role focuses on building high-impact institutional industry academic and international partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a structured partnerships and alliances strategy aligned with organizations institutional mandate and national technology priorities.

Identify evaluate and cultivate strategic partnerships with multinational technology firms international development agencies sovereign and institutional funds global accelerators universities research institutions industry associations and technology ecosystem operators.

Lead the structuring negotiation and formalization of MoUs cooperation agreements knowledge partnerships and institutional alliances ensuring legal commercial and policy alignment.

Build and operationalize the Triple Helix model by facilitating collaboration between industry academia and government stakeholders to support innovation R&D commercialization talent development and technology transfer.

Support attraction of anchor partners in priority sectors (AI advanced manufacturing semiconductors data centers EV technologies IT/ITeS) by developing compelling value propositions partnership frameworks and co-investment models.

Coordinate cross-border and international engagement initiatives including participation in global technology forums bilateral working groups and diplomatic engagements.

Develop and maintain a structured partnerships pipeline and alliance management framework including partner mapping engagement tracking impact assessment and periodic reporting.

Provide strategic advisory inputs to senior leadership on emerging collaboration opportunities ecosystem gaps and global best practices in technology zone alliances.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategic partnerships alliances ecosystem development international cooperation or innovation-led programs.

Demonstrated experience negotiating and managing institutional partnerships MoUs and cross-border collaborations.

Proven exposure to technology ecosystems academiaindustry collaboration or international development frameworks.

Strong understanding of technology ecosystems innovation policy and institutional collaboration models

Analytical and advisory capability for senior leadership decision-making

Excellent drafting presentation and engagement skills

Education Requirements

Bachelors degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration Economics International Relations or a related field from national or foreign university recognized by HEC.
