Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive for our organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling nomination business operations coordinating international shipments and ensuring smooth communication with overseas agents customers shipping lines transporters and customs authorities. The candidate must be capable of managing end-to-end shipment execution while maintaining high service standards and timely updates to clients and overseas partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle export shipments under nomination business independently.
• Coordinate with overseas agents for shipment planning routing and documentation.
• Manage end-to-end operational activities for sea freight and cross-border shipments.
• Follow up with shipping lines transporters and clearing agents for timely movement of cargo.
• Ensure accurate preparation and verification of shipping documents including:
• Planning of shipment
• Issuance of CROs
• Bill of Lading
• House BL / Master BL
• Debit/Credit Notes
• Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to customers and overseas agents.
• Handle customer inquiries operational issues and shipment delays professionally.
• Coordinate with customs clearance teams for smooth cargo release and delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with overseas partners and clients.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs international shipping regulations and customer requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain shipment records in the system.
• Support sales and customer service teams for operational feasibility and pricing coordination when required.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics operations.
• Experience in handling nomination business is mandatory.
• Good understanding of export procedures and international trade documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with overseas agents and multiple stakeholders efficiently.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and freight forwarding software/ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in freight forwarding operations.
• Experience in sea freight operations preferred.
