Role Overview

As an Account Executive you will:

Manage and grow client accounts with a focus on retention and reactivation
Identify upsell and growth opportunities to increase customer investment
Apply value-based selling techniques in a fast-paced digital environment
Work within a structured sales pipeline
Collaborate in a dynamic outsourcing environment
Use CRM tools and MS Office for tracking performance and reporting

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone with:

Mandatory sales experience in retention/reactivation OR 3 years in digital/social media/tech advertising sales
Strong understanding of sales strategies and pipeline management
Experience in customer service sales outsourcing or marketing environments
Ability to work in a target-driven fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills self-discipline and motivation
Experience with CRM tools is a plus
