PMO with German

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate projects in alignment with PMO standards ensuring delivery within scope time and budget
• Apply established PMO methodologies tools and governance frameworks to maintain consistency across projects
• Manage project planning activities including:
  • Defining scope objectives and deliverables
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules and resource plans
• Oversee project execution including risk management issue resolution and stakeholder communication
• Prepare and present regular status reports KPIs and performance metrics to stakeholders
• Facilitate project reviews risk assessments and lessons-learned sessions
• Support budgeting forecasting and resource allocation processes
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the lifecycle
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for PMO processes and tools
• Coordinate PMO communications and contribute to training and knowledge-sharing activities

What you bring in:

• 35 years of experience in project management PMO or similar roles
• Proven experience with Microsoft products - ADO M365 Ms Project
• Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end applying PMO standards and governance
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with budgeting forecasting and resource planning
• Interest in digital solutions and willingness to learn new technologies
• Collaborative approach and ability to work in diverse cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
• German language skills are highly desired and considered a plus
