Your responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate projects in alignment with PMO standards ensuring delivery within scope time and budget
Apply established PMO methodologies tools and governance frameworks to maintain consistency across projects
Manage project planning activities including:
Defining scope objectives and deliverables
Developing and maintaining project schedules and resource plans
Oversee project execution including risk management issue resolution and stakeholder communication
Prepare and present regular status reports KPIs and performance metrics to stakeholders
Facilitate project reviews risk assessments and lessons-learned sessions
Support budgeting forecasting and resource allocation processes
Ensure accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the lifecycle
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for PMO processes and tools
Coordinate PMO communications and contribute to training and knowledge-sharing activities
What you bring in:
35 years of experience in project management PMO or similar roles
Proven experience with Microsoft products - ADO M365 Ms Project
Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end applying PMO standards and governance
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with budgeting forecasting and resource planning
Interest in digital solutions and willingness to learn new technologies
Collaborative approach and ability to work in diverse cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
German language skills are highly desired and considered a plus
