Job Summary
Introduction
Must have previous experience in stock management
Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and control of inventory across Head office and branch operations
Inventory control & stock management
Conduct monthly branch audits to ensure compliance with inventory control procedures
Perform regular warehouse inspections including housekeeping and operational checks
Execute vehicle and tool audits ensuring proper tracking and reporting
Investigate stock variances and discrepancies across ERP systems & physical counts
Identify root causes and provide actionable insights to improve stock accuracy
Manage recon between internal systems and external platforms
Oversee transfer dicrepancies
Various Reporting and administration
Matric qualification in either Supply Chain Management Logistics or Business Management
Strong MS Office knowledge
Ability to investigate and resolve stock issue
Must be happy to travel to branches if required
